The Presentation of a cheque for £2,255.35p to the Midlands Air Ambulance at their Strensham base in August 2011. This money was raised by 4 members of the Leominster Classic Motorcycle Club who undertook a sponsored ride to the 4 extreme compass points of mainland Britain which are Ardnamurchan Point (west), Dunnet Head (north), Lowestoft Ness (east) and Lizard Point (south). Entirely by coincidence this amount was almost exactly £1 for every mile they rode. Unfortunately the fourth rider Dave Peake was working and unable to take time off to be at Strensham for the presentation. The club continues with its fund raising for the MAA until the end of 2011.
